1. Create your unique Contact Poster in our app and save it (will be saved to Photos)
2. Open iOS native Phone app
3. Go to Contacts tab
4. Tap on My Card
5. Tap Contact Photo & Poster
6. Enter you First and Last Name how you want to appear
7. Tap Photos
8. Change the view from Suggested to All
9. Find and select your previously saved Contact Poster
10. Pinch to crop (if necessary) and tap Done
11. Tap Continue on Preview Poster screen
12. Crop contact photo (if necessary) and tap Continue
13. Be sure that "Name & Photo Sharing" toggle is enabled. And tap Continue.

2. Go to Create tab and tap Create own poster (or "+") button. Advanced editor will be shown
3. Add any photo and edit it.
4. When finished, tap Save and allow access to Photos (to save your edited image).

1. Open the Messages app on your iPhone and tap on the compose button in the top right corner.
2. In the To: section at the top, enter the name or number of the contact for which the Poster is not showing.
3. Then, send them an iMessage. It could be any message.
4. Wait for a few seconds, and you should see the profile picture of the contact update automatically.
5. If not, you will see an “Update” button at the top of the chat. Click on this button to retrieve the latest contact picture and poster.
6. Next, to double-check if your contact has shared their profile picture and poster with you, tap on their name in iMessage on iOS 17.
7. Then, tap the “Info” button to see their latest photo and poster. You will also see the “Shared by <contact name>” tag in the “Contact Photo & Poster” section.

• In the Contacts app, open the contact info of that person.
• Then, tap the Edit button at the top-right corner of the screen.
• Then, tap on the Edit button available below the Contact Poster.
• Here, tap on the Contact Poster and then tap on Done at the top-right corner of the contact details screen. Then, tap Done again.

1. Open the Phone app and navigate to your contact card within the Contacts section.
2. Tap "Contact Photo & Poster," and then select "Edit."
3. Swipe up on your existing Contact Poster and tap "Delete" to remove it.
4. Now, tap "Create New" and choose "Poster" to create a new Contact Poster.
5. Customize your new Contact Poster as desired, adding images, text, and colors, and tap "Done" when you're satisfied with the design.
6. To save the changes and activate your new Contact Poster, tap "Continue."

• Press and hold the Side button (the power button) until you see the Apple logo. Release the button, and your iPhone will restart.

One of the first things you should check if Contact Posters aren’t working for you is if your iPhone supports them.

Contact Posters are only available on iPhone models that can run iOS 17, which includes the following devices:

• iPhone 15 series
• iPhone 14 series
• iPhone 13 series
• iPhone 12 series
• iPhone 11 series
• iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR
• iPhone SE (2nd generation or later)

Note: Even if your iPhone is compatible with iOS 17, the person on the other end also needs to own an iPhone model that supports iOS 17 for Contact Posters to work seamlessly.

One of the simplest solutions you can employ to fix any app-related issues on your iPhone is to force close and relaunch the app. Here’s how you can force close and relaunch the Phone app to possibly repair Contact Posters.

1. Open the App Switcher on your iPhone.
2. Then, swipe up on the Phone app to close it.
3. Now, relaunch the Phone app to see if Contact Posters are working.

Apart from the default Phone app on your iPhone, many third-party apps like WhatsApp and Skype also support Contact Posters. If Contact Posters aren’t working with third-party apps on your iPhone, you should update the apps you’re using to ensure that they have been optimized to run on iOS 17.

1. Open the App Store → Tap your profile picture on the top right.
2. Scroll down and see if an update for the app in question is available.
3. If an update is available, tap Update.

Are Contact Posters working as expected on your iPhone, but your contacts complain that they can’t see your Contact Poster? In this case, you can try to remove your existing Contact Poster and create a new one to see if that works out.

1. Launch the Phone app on your iPhone.
2. Go to the Contacts tab → Tap on your contact card.
3. Now, tap Contact Photo & Poster → Edit.
4. Swipe up on the Contact Poster → Tap Delete.
5. Once you delete the Contact Poster, tap Create New → Poster.
6. Choose your preferred option to design a Contact Poster → Tap Done.
7. Tap Continue to confirm the changes and activate the Contact Poster.

1. Check if you've enabled privacy settings that restrict the display of contact pictures. Go to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Photos," and make sure the app has access to your photos.
2. A poor or unstable internet connection can prevent contact pictures from loading.
3. Sometimes, software glitches can cause contact pictures not to display. At this point, a powerful repair toolseems like a perfect solution.
4. Make sure your contacts have shared their contact posters with you. Without their sharing, their contact pictures won't show on your device.
